Necker Island might seem a long way from Woolacombe, but Chef and Hotelier Graham Brundle, is simply returning to
his surfing roots.

Brundles Restaurant and bar at Byron will offer a superb day long menu stretching from lazy alfresco breakfasts to an enticing evening menu. Graham brings his 20+ years of international experience and exemplary standards learned during a lifetime of cooking for Michelin Star restaurants and leading hotels, including Richard Branson’s Necker Island retreat.

Wife and business partner Kim was responsible for creating a bar that was ‘the place to drink cocktails’ in the British
Virgin Islands. Drawing on her Caribbean heritage, Kim brings her high standards of customer service and mind blowing cocktails to Byron’s restaurant in Woolacombe.
