His extensive career has included leading and small luxury hotels of the world from The Selfridge, The Ritz, The Conrad and Saunton Sands to Grand Hotel Europe.  He has worked for the Royal family in Jordan, and managed resorts in the Maldives, Koh Samui and Richard Branson’s Necker Island.  Secure your seat at the Chef’s Table and he will never be short of a good story from his travels.
